That is because Obi-Wan is trained in the force, he is "glowing" with force power. While Leia, without knowing who her real mother was (I assume)or that she is strong in the force doesn´t give out any of those signals. Remember, Vader didn´t know it was his son he was firing on in ANH, either.
Agree with Jimmy and also add that Anakin never met Luke or Leia. With Obi-Wan however they were around each other for years and had a Master-Padawan bond which never fully goes away.
Also, the focus of an angry Sith Lord in search of recovering blueprints of the first, operational planetary space station, while everyone on the ship acts stupid about these plans, is plenty, I think, to sway his perception from recognizing family.
Furthermore, remember that Vader only found out through reading Luke's thoughts, and that was only *after* he found out Leia was his sister. Which makes one wonder, if it was Darth Vader's duel with Obi Wan on the Death Star where he first learned, by reading Obi Wan, of his son.
